Apologies for the awful picture quality, this was one of those cards that took way longer than it should have and the picture needed to be taken just as it was delivered to the recipient.
I was inspired by Jennifer McGuire to make the shaker letters and although I like them I made them too high but at least I know for the next one. I also tried stencilling on coloured card stock and that I liked a lot.
The second in a series of three of these cards, each one was coloured to look like the recipient and now I wish I had added their names or ages lol.
I made this card a while ago and wish I had made a few more, well I suppose there is always time to make more.
This is a fairly simple design and one I’ve used before and probably one I will use again too lol. I let the image do all the talking and again I’ve used the Hobby Lobby paper pack. Is anyone else like me, I got the paper pack out for one sheet, left it on my desk and now I’ve used a ton of them up.
I combined an image from last year and the brushstroke notched background from this year and made this quick card.
I am not a fussy person in real life so I think that’s why I like this style of card, it’s simple but leaves nowhere for errors lol.
The first of the 50th big birthday cards and yes I’ve made a shaped card and yes I will be making them for the others too lol.
This was one of the first things I created on my cricut and still something I love doing, just changing the papers and cardstock colours makes it look totally different.
I made this when I posted the other cards in March but I couldn't show it until now, I made a few and there will be more lol.
I do like the green combo its so vibrant and cheery.
Another very good friend announced that they are moving after living in their house for 31 years, it has made me think maybe I need to have a clear out soon.
This time I went for an easel card and I really enjoyed making both of these cards. I am hoping that I will use the dies again soon.
A very good friend finally moved to be closer to her grandson and I wanted to send her a card to let her know how pleased I was for her and her family. I bought this die set back in 2022 and it’s the first time I have used it but I did make two cards in one sitting although the other is very different to this one
I recently bought this set from a friend and I was amazed that I had the exact colours needed to be able to recreate it the same as on the packaging. I also followed the design that was printed on the packaging. Not sure where I got the greeting set as I haven’t labelled it doh!!!
