Its that sketch again....I wish I could stop with these obsessions but I just can't. I think they calm me when life gets stressful and help me to make cards when I actually don't feel like doing anything so I am not going to be upset if I use one of them again I am going to embrace the fact I have made something and had fun lol.

Now sometimes you are looking for an image and have no idea what to use and then you spot the name of the image and you know you have to use it...this was that occasion, I was looking for an image for my friends daughter "Fleur" and I stumbled across this image from Pollycraft called (have you guessed yet lol) "Fleur" so it had to be printed and made into her card lol.\

I used the other shoes from the stamp set for this one and even though I only made one version of this I still like it.

The shoes reminded me of Dorothy on the Wizard of Oz so I had to colour them red lol

Magic Red Shoes

After making the first aqua and then the pink cards I decided to try other colours which is when I discovered I don't own a lot of dotty paper pads, now I was thinking of buying more when my Hubbie reminded me that I have loads of "pink petticoat" digital papers in lots of different colours so I printed a few off and this card is the result.

So over the next few weeks/months I will be showing cards made with this stamp set and following the exact same sketch too. I am waiting until after some of the birthdays though as I don't want them to guess which one is theirs lol.

This ladies birthday has already passed so its safe to show on here.

Prehistoric Plushies

Firstly I need to apologise for being missing for the last few weeks and secondly I need to apologise for not remembering what I used to make this card.

I have been making and taking photos of my finished cards but I haven't been uploading them or writing the accompanying blogposts so trying to remember has been difficult. I could probably hazard a guess but I prefer to know lol.

I was inspired by Michelle Short from the Cardgrotto and as hard as I tried I couldn't colour the dinosaurs in bright colours, now I know noone really knows what they looked like or what colours they were but that didn't help me convince myself they didn't needed to be like this lol.

It’s that sketch again and not only have I used that sketch again but I started another trend and ended up making 7 more using this stamp. I think I can say I have had my money’s worth out of it already.

I won’t show all the cards at the same time as I don’t want the recipients seeing them ahead of their birthdays so you will have to wait to see my favourite colour combo
