Hey, Chick

Every year I look at the "sale-a-bration" sets from Stampin up and think I have no idea what to do with that, then the designs start being seen around blogland and instagram and I suddenly need it badly. Of course by the time I decided this the set was long gone so I was happy to see it for sale on eBay and of course I had to buy it.

I used it straight away too which is unusual for me, not sure how much use I will get from it but it was uber cute and at least it has been used.

Panda Shaker Card

Another Panda card for the lady that started my crafting journey. I always thank her for introducing me to this fabulous hobby and for all the friends I have made along the way, of course my bank balance doesn't thank her lol.

I have been tempted to calculate the cost of all the items in my craft room but I think I might scare myself too much lol. I do occasionally think if I didn't craft I would be rich but then I wouldn't have the friends and sense of happiness I have and money can't buy that.

So in summary, thank you Sue for the years of happiness and fun you introduced me too.

Snuggle Bunnies Version 3

The final version of the snuggle bunnies cards, I only had one image left and I had an idea that he was looking at the night sky so I went in a completely different direction than the previous two cards. I am pleased with how it turned out and even though I was going to make a shaker and didn't I still like the card.

Snuggle Bunnies Version 1

I watch Amy Rvsavy make videos all the time and she usually stamps all the images from a set and colours them then makes multiple cards so I thought ok why not give that a try. Well the result is three cards, two the same but different and one totally different. They were all made at the same time and I enjoyed this type of mass production more than I expected.

I would love to say I will replicate this again but who knows lol.

So the this post will show the first of the same but different ones, as I don't have many cards made I am going to split them over a few posts. I just added the tags and everything is from MFT, that never happens lol.

Cheers from Digistamp Boutique

I have used this image and design before with different colour combos, its a prefect card for a guy who likes beer and one I will probably replicate again.

In case you are wondering my mojo is slowly returning and the idea wheels are starting to turn again but its such a slow process. I am not sure why my mojo goes into hiding but it does and frequently too, its so annoying when I have lots to make and maybe thats the reason......mmmm......I think I've hit the nail on the head, I need to be more organised.

Creative Stamping Drum Set

Creative Stanping keeps getting better and better with each issue, I have already gotten issue 53 and I think i might even make something today wth it. I suppose really I should use more of issue 52 but maybe tomorrow lol.

I saw a similar card in the magazine and I wanted to recreate it, with my own spin of course. The hardest and most time consuming part was masking the drums to be able to stamps the splatters but I don't think it would have worked otherwise.

I am thinking this should be a card I have on standby for those difficult guy cards, although I probably enjoy guy cards more than most lol.

Ingredients
Image and Sentiment : Creative Stamping issue 52
Dies: Crealies XXL stitched square
Card: "pacific blue" Stampin Up

Magazine Free Set Card

I've said it before and I will say it again the quality and variety of UK craft magazines and free sets is outstanding. This entire card was stamped with a free set and I even followed (loosely) one of the examples in the magazine.

Of course I chose colours that I then couldn't match to a cardstock lol, but I just coloured white with the darkest pink and it worked, I must remember this trick more often it was one i employed a lot before my cardstock mountain grew lol.
