Magical Unicorn Number 3

Another attempt at a rainbow mane and another fail lol. I definitely prefer the solid colour mane. I was almost sad to see the last one of these made as I loved the image.

Magic Picture Changer Super Boy

I made a very similar card to this when I first bought this die set from Lawn Fawn, I can't believe this is only the second card I have made using it and I used the same image too lol.

I did change up the colour scheme though lol. The boy I made this for loves orange so I went with a very orange colour scheme, I will admit I really like orange and grey together.

I wish I had more stamps that you could use like this, hopefully more companies will do something similar in the future.

Cozy Companions

I don't make many scene cards as I struggle with masking and remembering which image is supposed to be in front, of course once you make one you realise how addictive it is and then want to make all cards scene cards lol. The magic is in removing all the masks and seeing the image spring to life.

Happy Anniversary

So this year I have a few anniversary cards to make, even thought I love making cards engagement, anniversary and wedding are ones I struggle with. As soon as I saw this set I knew it would be very useful and as I only make anniversary cards for the big ones I am sure it will get a lot of use.

I have tried with the 1st anniversary cards to imitate the invitations for the weddings and the colour schemes whereas the 25th was easier lol.

Runsational

A good friend of mine runs marathons....lots of them....in fact she is well on her way to running 100 and I am amazed and humbled by her determination. As soon as I saw this stamp I knew who it was going to be for, now my original idea was to make the lady the focal point and colour the rest of the image in greys but it just didn't have the impact I wanted so I went over the bits i had coloured with colour and it looked much, much better.

Woohoo the final one of these for 2020, of course I may make more next year because f it ain't broke don't fix it lol.

I did enjoy making these and even though it took a few days it made my craftroom fun again and for that I am grateful. It gave me sunshine on some very dark days and I am hoping that my the time this post goes live those days are a memory locked in time.

Ok so on my last post with these big birthday celebrations I said we were almost finished and I indicated I had made 6 of these cards....well someone can't count because there are seven lol. So there is one more after this one....of course I may have made more you never know as I am writing this post in March lol.

Enough waffling and onto the card, went with a lovely deep purple on this one and it's definitely one of my favourite combos. Hopefully the lovely young lady likes it too.
