Cheers Big Birthdays Number 6

Ok so on my last post with these big birthday celebrations I said we were almost finished and I indicated I had made 6 of these cards....well someone can't count because there are seven lol. So there is one more after this one....of course I may have made more you never know as I am writing this post in March lol.

Enough waffling and onto the card, went with a lovely deep purple on this one and it's definitely one of my favourite combos. Hopefully the lovely young lady likes it too.

The second card and the idea I had first, the little man who this was made for loves purple so of course the dinosaur had to be purple (well mostly purple lol). I do wish I had added some green but I think it would have been too busy then

Birthday Saurus Version 1

The multiples don't seem to be stopping and I figured if it ain't broke why fix it lol. I enjoyed making these cards and everyone is different colours so now I am looking at them they do all look very different.

The majority of the card was the image and the colouring was pretty intense so the rest is fairly simple.

The first one of these features a green and aqua dinosaur I am not sure which colour combo is my favourite though, I will let you see them all and decide for yourselves.

Angie Blom Love My Sneaks

I bought this set at the sae time as the burger set and it was bought with someone in mind. This fantastic young man loves his Vans and this reminded me of his set so I coloured them in a colour I knew he would like.

I kept the design fairly simple and clean and let the image shine.

Rainbow Cupcakes

I was on a call with some crafty friends and I decided to stamp a cupcake to see what the layers would look like, I was going to just stamp one but as I had it set up in my misti I went for a rainbow.

The altenew inks made light work of the majority of the colours but I had to get creative with the colours I don't have a set for. I used my ink swatches and realised that they are woefully out of date and need a sort out but I still managed to get colours I am happy with.

Once they were all stamped I hand cut them and realised there were too many for a normal A2 so I went with the current trend and made a slimline card. I have to say I enjoyed this style and I think I might have to invest in a set of slimline dies.

Angie Blom Sizzin Good Time

A few months ago I was browsing through instagram and I spotted quite a few cards with a large open burger on them, now the stamp was from a company that is very hard to get hold of in the UK so I knew I would have to wait for my next Florida trip to purchase it. Given the current worldwide situation I have no idea when that will happen so I was a bit downhearted.

A few days later I was looking on facebook and I saw a large hotdog stamp coloured and thought oh no another I need but can't buy but this was a digital stamp so I went to have a look and I saw this set which includes a burger, tacos, can, hotdog, onion rings, sentiments and lots more so I had to buy it straight away. I might have bought the sneakers set too and persuaded a few friends that they needed this set lol.

The card came out exactly as I hoped and the person loved it too (always a bonus), I didn't want to waste the left over piece so I popped it inside the card.
